any meat or 'red' meats, if red, the only benefit of meat is the protien content!. and you can get that from other sources!. fish, chicken,turkey, eggs, beans/legumes, even 'power bar' type products have high contents!. if your exercizing/working out, i wouldn't worry too much about the calories, you'll burn them off!. b complex vitamins will also give you energy!. also complex carbs, like if you work out in the morning, have a bowl of oatmeal about 1/2 hr!. before you go!. I assume you're worried about protein!. Don't worry!. Contrary to popular belief, plant protein is better quality than animal protein!. Eat plenty of oats, beans, barley, brown rice, corn, and you'll get plenty of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've got to have protein or your body will take it from your muscles!.

Protein is found in many things besides red meat!.

Do a google search on foods containing protein that you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to eat meat to work out! Just eat lots of healthy stuff instead, and drink plenty of water!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
