Question: Anyone know of a really good supplement to GAIN WEIGHT!?
Want to gain some weight before I see my parents again!. My face is looking pretty thin and i don't want to have to be dodging annoying questions!. I just have a super fast metabolism cant seem to eat enough to keep the weight on!. 95lbs right now!. Looking at high calorie and carbohydrate shakes!.

Gday,,i was in the same boat as you,,i tried all the powder drinks with milk,,only made me run to the toilet!.
I did discover a powder drink that they use in hospitals ENSURE,you only add water and drink it,get the Vanilla,you never get sick of it!.1 tin would last me about 2 weeks,6 teaspoons = 1 meal!.

DO NOT develop unhealthy eating habits (mcdonalds, eating too much fattening food, not exercising) this can lead to cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other diseases!. the thing with the potatoes is true because!.!.!.they are high in carbs!. Foods such as white rice, pasta, white bread and potatoes are the highest in carbs and will help gain weight!. Go to a GNC store (or other nutritional store) and ask for a protein shake thats appropriate for your gender and age!. Body builders take these shakes to gain muscle, which makes them gain weight!. A good protein shake to try is BSN True-Mass!. In red containers!. look for them at GNC's or fitness shop!. and contrary to the answer above, cardios DO NOT put on muscle, they just burn fat and will make you more slender!.
