when it means "supports energy metabolism", does it mean that it'll help you gain weight!?!?!?!?!?!? =(

i tried these for a week & i gained 2 pounds plus eatting 3-4 meals a day, protein weight gainers milkshakes, rice & meat!.

i have a fast metabolism and i really, really want to gain weight!.!.im 16 and 5'2!. my weight last week was 84 lbs and now, i'm 86 lbs!.

Cassidy, !.!.!.!.I just read the answers that have been submitted so far and am really surprised at the answers that talk about losing weight when your desire is to gain!. Don't people read!? I'm sorry to have to tell you, Cassidy, but you're wasting your money!. The number of people who have little or no knowledge of vitamins and food supplements is amazing! It's great for the unscrupulous charlatans who peddle this stuff and prey upon the ignorant!. Take protein supplements, for instance!. Since protein is used by your body to build muscle, many people think that increasing their protein intake will increase their muscle growth!. That's like saying that since water is necessary for the assimilation of nutrients, the more water you drink, the more nutrients you'll assimilate!.It's simplistic and wrong!, but many people will swear that it works, and, as I said, the supplement industry is happy to foster the myth!. I know you're unhappy about your body right now; I was too when I was your age!. But really Cassidy, you should be thankful that you have the metabolism you do!. At my age many of my high school classmates are too fat to walk to the refrigerator, and I'm planning on climbing Mt!. Kilimanjaro this Winter!. Give your body time!.!.!.!.and eat a healthy diet!. Believe me, you'll gain weight in time!. I'm sorry I can't give you some magic formula; "health" food stores will be happy to take your money and sell you stuff that's guaranteed to work!. It won't!. I know this isn't what you want to hear, dear, but unfortunately it's true!. Exercise, especially weight training, and a proper diet will work in time!.!.!.!.and don't be afraid that weight trraining will make you muscle bound or masculine!. That's another myth!. You're a woman!.!.!.or soon will be, and you haven't got the hormones to build muscle like a man,(unless you take them artificially, and ruin your health)!. Be paitient!!.!.!.!.and thankful!.
