I've always taken green tea supplements or drink green tea for an increase in my metabolism, recently they added Hoodia to my green tea supplements, brand from Walmart!. - Eating smaller meals more frequently (as opposed to 3 big ones), preferably high in protein!.

- Make sure you are getting adequate nutrients so your body is not lacking in it's internal metabolism abilities!. This includes a multi-vitamin & a B-50 supplement!.
