i really want to lose some weight by next year and this is for real i want a change i want to be skinny and i need any good diets or any good things to make u lose weight please help thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on the weight so u shud write the age and wight so people can no what is healthy and not
anyways, everyday at home, i excersise
i go up and down the stairs and do sit ups

take a bike ride with friends or go to a swimming pool and do laps
