What would be a good workout ?!
Question: What would be a good workout !?
I am 5'10", I weigh about 123 lbs, I'm 15, and I don't do any sports!. I can't do any sports because I was foolish enoug h as a kid to think that football is dumb and boring so I'd be terrible!. I'm also in like 5 honors classes so I have a ton of homework, so I need a plan that would be manageable and not overly time consuming!.

you must be very very skinny
well do you hav weight with the bench press!? bars!?
if so set up a few days
do every part on a diff day unless specified
monday-chest bench press 5 sets of 5 reps(get spotted please)!.!.does your bench incline or decline!? if it does use those and do 2 sets of decline and incline!.!.!.if not then skip it!.!.!.
tuesday!.!.!.back+traps
do upright rows(close gripped)!.!.!.deadlifts!.!.!.do shrugs!.!.!.and barbell rows
deadlifts to 3 sets of 4-6!.!.!.every week switch this in with stiff legged deadlifts to work hamstrings!.!.!.!.(get your legs a bit bigger)
upright rows do 2 sets of 4-6 reps
shrugs do 2 sets of 4-6 and barbell rows 2sets of 4-6!.!.!.so thats 9 sets in total should set you back about 60 minutes
wed take a day off
thursday
delts+triceps day!.!.!.military press!.!.!.5 sets of 4-6 reps
skull crushers!.!.!.!.3 sets of 4-6 reps
close grip bench press!.!.!.2 sets of 4-6
friday!.!.!.biceps+forearms son
barbell curls!.!.!.3 sets of 4-6 reps
reverse barbell curls-3 sets of 4-6
barbell wrist curls(on bench) 2 sets of 4-6
this should be good for awhile

try and walk every evening you can do this while reading a book or something or getting on a stationary bike and studying as you workout!.!.!.
