Question: Did I eat TOO much today!? !?
Hello everyone! I was fasting today because of Ramadan!. I ate at 7:48pm!. I ate:
- 2 sandwiches of tuna(packed in water) with wheat bread!. I put a little spot of LIGHT mayo on both sandwhiches, lettuce on both, pickles on both, and 1 cheddar cheese slice for both!.
Then a little later, for dessert, I made trail mix!. I put about:
- a handful of a healthy cereal called "Go Lean Crunch!" Then one cashew, 5 almonds, 6 peanuts, and 11 choco!. chip morsels!.
Here are my questions:
- Did I eat TOO MUCH today!?
- AROUND how much calories did I eat today!? (If you dont know say something like "you ate around 100-1300 calories!" Make A Range!

WELL YOU SHOULD BE EATING A LEAST 5 TO 6 MEALS A DAY 2 TO 3 HOURS SPREAD APART FROM EACH OTHER AND IN SMALL PORTIONS!. DOING THIS WILL KEEP YOUR METABOLISM BURNING ALL DAY!. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND EXERCISE!. BACK TO YOUR QUESTION WELL THE RANGE IS ABOUT 1100 TO 1200!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
