Lose weight to show the muscle i have?!


Question: Lose weight to show the muscle i have!?
when tense my stomach muscles and pectorial muscles i can feel the muscle
but there is still a layer of fat over them!.
im quite skinny to
so im not sure what to do
what would be a good diet and what gym exercises should i do!?

When your thirsty always drink water nothing different!. Make sure u always eat breakfast lunch and dinner and if u want a snack always choose raisins!. Raisins constantly make u poop so pooping alot will get rid of all that food and fat in your body and yall lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet is about 90% of it but for cardio exercise try, tabata(periods of work for 20 secs and then rest for 10 secs), repeated 8 times) sounds easy but it is the hardest thing you will ever do!. Also HIIT high intensity interval training is like tabata but work periods are longer and less intense!. type HIIT or tabata in on youtube and you will see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
