ok well Im a 19 year old male and I weight 170pounds but want to get totally ripped and I run everyday!.!.!.is this a healthy weight or should I tone down the exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being Over or underweight is totally dependant on height!. If you are anywhere between 5'5 to 5'10, that is good weight!. Anything above 5'10, you should keep trying to gain more!. aim for about 225lbs!. However, if your shorter than 5'5, then you should probably call it quits and stay at that weight!. thats not even close to underweight!. my boyfriend is 19 and weighs around 160, but he is ripped and hardly has any fat on him!. Running gets rid of overall fat and is good cardio!. Running along with weight training is really good to build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it depends how tall you are and what kind of metabolism you have for example my brother is 6 foot 1 and he is only 155 pounds he eats like all of the junk food in the world and he is still really skinnyWww@Answer-Health@Com
