Question: I wan't to get toned and turn my fat into muscle!. What should i do!?
Well im 5'4 and 123 pounds!. I have some extra fat in my stomach area and im thinking about doing 5 reps of 20 sit ups every day!. is there anything else that i can do that doesnt take too much time and i don't need a gym for!? how long do u think it will take to tone my body Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can not turn your fat into muscles!. That is unfortunately not possible!. You can however burn the fat and build muscles at the same time which is almost the same!. Fat cells are only to give your body energy!. When that energy is gone, then there is room for the enhancement muscular cells!.

Yes, your reps seem alright!. However, your muscles need at least 48 hours of time for regenerating!. If you train too much the effect of over-train comes into play, in short, it makes your training unproductive!. So, it is more effective to train every second day!. Also, don't only do the basic sit ups!. Try alternates like lifting your legs when you lay on the floor!. Try doing some push ups, they also train your whole stomach!. Yes, they also train your belly if you do them right! They are the best exercise if you do not go into the gym!

Next thing is, you have to improve your metabolism rate!. The metabolism rate is the rate at which your body burns energy!. To increase it, try exercising in the morning and splitting your meals over the whole day!. There is more you can do to improve metabolism, read this article:

It'll take about a month to see results if you work at it 4-5 times a week!. There's a lot of great abdominal work outs but you have to do sit ups correctly!. Look online for visual aids!. Ps!.!.!.!. Don't listen to the people above me, running won't do a damn thing for your stomach!. Work your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More like 5 reps of 50 sit ups a day!. Run Run Run! try to run a 1/4 mile a day, gradually moving up week after week!. If you really want some abs try doing 30 bicycle crunches, 10 reps a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
