Question: How to get stronger (teen girl)!?
I'm pretty out of shape!. I'm not going to focus on losing weight, but getting stronger and building muscle!. I'm 16, 5'9" and I weigh 190 lbs!. Any suggestions on a good workout with spending any money!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging is a great way to tone up your "inner-core" as they say!. I started jogging everynow and again and didn't overeat and I lost 10lbs in the last 7 weeks!. Plus my muscles have become more acustomed to jogging now and they have toned up!. I feel fantastic!Www@Answer-Health@Com

~try ur hardest at gym - if u took gym this semester - trust me everything burns!
~at home do 20 crunches/push ups [ or both ] every morning and b4 u sleep
~jog a lot like around a field or track at school
~if ur school has a weight room like mines, use it at lunch time
~ride ur bike more often b4 winter
~do yoga
~play sports often
~swim
~jump rope for two minutes run for two minutes [ repeat like 3 times ]
