Question: Im 15 and i wiegh 225 i max out 130, im trying to gain muscle!?
i know im gonaa gain wieght but is it healthy wieght and will i look fatter or thinner, and any tips of what to eat to get stronger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the first two who said "Lose weight first", don't listen to them!. First off we don't know how tall you are so if you're like 6 foot 4 or something like that 225 can be a normal weight!. Also if you have a bunch of muscles on different parts of your body, that also adds weight!. Anyways, to your post!.!.!. To gain more muscle you have two choices!. A toned build so that you can see the muscle at all times even when you're not flexing or a what I call a "Giant mass of muscle" build!. Which is what it sounds like, a huge amount of strength but not much toneness!.!.!. If you want the toned do more reps of lower weight!. For the mass of muscle one do less reps of more weight!. Also you should be getting a **** load of protein every day!. And i mean a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When your thirsty always drink water nothing different!. Make sure u always eat breakfast lunch and dinner and if u want a snack always choose raisins!. Raisins constantly make u poop so pooping alot will get rid of all that food and fat in your body and yall lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
