People usually end up using energy from their breakfast and lunch during the day through normal activity, but since people go to sleep soon after dinner, the calories and whatnot are kept and not burned off!.!.!.

Why couldn't you kind of split it up and have both for both meals!?

But if I had to choose, I think I would play around with it a bit and try to figure out which one would work best for me!.!.!.for me, the second one would be more ideal because I would be less likely to snack at bedtime (or have those snacking urges that can be a real battle sometimes - lol)!.
It would really depend though!.!.!.If I had a physically strenuous job then I would need the meat for both meals!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmmm - i think there is no right or wrong answer here!. Personally however, Im happy to have a salad at lunch but for dinner i need something more substantial so I tend to have meat/fish then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
