You're doing a great job of being on a crash diet! 400-700 calories a day is not enough for anyone, let along someone who's running 5 miles!.
This will end badly!. You're metabolism will slow down, you'll lose weight quickly at first then you'll end up in this awful haze--
Also, I have no idea how you burned 1,125 calories running only 5 miles anyway-- you'd burn more like!.!.!. 500-550 calories!.!.!. still
Keep the exercise and eat at least 1700 calories a day of mostly vegetables!. Then you'll be doing "alright!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually what you are doing is not healthy!.
Burning 1125 calories in one day is not healthy at all especially if you only consume 400-700 calories a day!.
I used to have anorexia, and your workout regime resembled a lot like mine!. I advise you to eat more because then your body will not be over working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
