Question: Was this a healthy lunch!?!?!? PLEASE easy points!!?
okay so I woke up late and had a brunch!.

I had
-bisquick heart smart low fat pancake mix, with 2/3 fat free skim milk, 1 egg white!. 1 serving (280 calories)
-omelette made with 3 egg whites, 2 teaspoons of fat free shredded cheese, and 4 broccoli (90 calories)
-one pear (80 calories)

and dessert was 1 thin organic cookie and a handful of these other (100 cal)

so in all I have had about 580 calories!.
and at 2:30 pm I plan on having a fat free yogurt (100 cal)

so is this okay so far!?
is it okay even if i dont work out!?
my hamstring are extremely sore and tight from my workout yesterday!.

please help!!!

Yes! That is extremely healthy!. Its good that you have included a lot of protein to help keep you full!. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It helps to restart your body and fuel for your busy day!. Many nutritionists and dietitians also recommend that it should contain the most calories of all the meals!. I think you did awesome! Very healthy choices (and it sounds yummy too!)

And it is definitely ok if you skip a day of exercise!. In fact, i would recommend that you rest, especially considering you are sore!. Your muscles need about 24 hrs to repair themselves!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only reason i say this is because i do not think it's healthy for nayone to be counting calories like that, it's bad for the brain and the body and in the end i'm sure it gets you no where!.

if you want to know if calorie-wise it's healthy it is, but don't over think every meal!. i'm sure you like to eat but how can you enjoy food if it all becomes math!? Eat healthy, just don't over-do it!.

ps: it's not even like you're over weight!. 113 pounds is very little!. enjoy your food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think what you have had so far is fantastic! 580 calories up to lunch time is a good half way line!.
You shouldn't be stressing though - your definetely on the thin side already!Www@Answer-Health@Com
