Question: Whats wrong with me!?!? (Dizzy, fainting, headache, nausea)!?
So ive been exercising a lot this week and eating 1200-1400 calories a day all healthy!.!.!.low fat/no fat foods, lots of fruits, lots of veggies, grilled boneless skinless chicken, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread, whole wheats, kashi crackers!. no fast foods/no restaurants/no greasy!.

and yesterday I woke up and had a 90 cal granola bar and then I blacked out!. thats never happened before to me!. im really scared!. and EVERYTIME I stand up I get so dizzy and cold sweat and I almost pass out like before!. but i havent actually since ysterday!.

and today its the same thing!. i feel so !.!.!.weak!. I have a real bad headache now, and dizziness, and i feel sooo nauseous!.

what could this be!?!!?
today ive ate well!.!.low fat pancakes (280 cal), 3 egg whites with broccoli (90 cal), organic cookie (100 cal), one pear, handful of grapes, handful of pretzel nuggets!.

HELP I dont feel good at all!.

during basketball!.
the nurse made me have some chocolate pudding and everything was better!.
try eating some low fat chocolate pudding every night after dinner or as a snack!?

plus, you might be exercising to much
or it could be that your body is having a hard time adjusting!.
take it easy for the first few days of your diet!.!.!.!.

then step it up!.

It could be several different things!.!.!.!.!.!.

Any chance of pregnancy!?!?!? Could be that your blood sugar is low!.!.!.!.!.could be that your blood pressure is low!. I would recommend that you go see your family doctor this week,!.!.!.!.!.just to let him rule out anything that's going on!.!.!.!.!.just to be on the safe side!
