Question: How to lose inches!?!? Anyone know the best way!? please help!.!?
Hey everybody!. okay so my problem is I'm only a bit overweight, but my thighs, belly, and butt are huge a flabby!.(really gross) SO I want to lose inches more than pounds, but to get my weight to a healthy weight I have to lose 15 pounds!. I need some help on tips on eating or exercising routines!. Anything that helps me lose inches!. I want to lose 15 pounds, and 5 inches around everywhere!. I have the maximum time of 6 months, but that's the deadline, I'd rather lose it in 3 months!. So could you tell me what worked for you!? Like what was your workout routine when you got back from school or work!? Or what did you eat throughout the day!?
I know you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day!. I've been researching everywhere but I can't find any good information!. :(

Try eat more fruits and veggies and less high energy food!. Drink plenty of water and exercise!. U don't need to exercise infront of ppl!. Do ur exercise while watching tv, it makes time go faster and makes exercising more fun!. Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 minutes a day of brisk walking, running, swimming all help with losing weight!. Of course a sensible low fat diet and plenty of water is also necessary!. Fit it into your day when you have time and if you are persistent you will see the inches coming off!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the Stillman diet!. Google it!. High in protein, low in fact and calories!.

The simplest answer, of course, is just to eat less calories per day than you burn!. So either eat less or exercise more or both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
