How long before i see a difference?!


Question: How long before i see a difference!?
I have lost 16 pounds and i dont see a difference, the only place i see a little difference is in my arms!. one person (my sister) has said i look like i have lost weight!. how long til i see a difference!? I work out and eat less!. what is a good work out!? Mainly to burn fat in thighs and stomache!

you probably don't notice a difference because you see yourself everyday!. maybe take a picture of yourself now and then look at a picture from 16 pounds ago, you'll notice a difference if you do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may have just lost water weight and not actual fat!. If you are not working out but are cutting a lot of calorie you may have even lost muscle!. I suggest taking up some cardio workouts and resistance training!. If you go to a gym ask someone who works there to show you how to use the equipment!. Or try shape!.com or fitnessmagazine!.com for some exercise routines and step by step pictures!.
If you gain muscle the muscle will need more calories to keep up, plus it will burn the fat in your body in order to sustain itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably do look like you lost weight, but since people seem to be more cynical of themselves, you don't notice it!. Try asking more people and see what they think!. The important thing is to not stop dieting and exercising, I'd suggest going to a website that shows specific ways to burn fat!. Just Google that, and a ton of things will show up!. If you can afford it, getting a personal trainer is VERY helpful, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
