Hi! I make it a part of my schedule!.!.!.just like going to work, or anything else!. For me, working out in the morning works!.!.!. This way, if something comes up during the day !.!.!.at least I got my workout in!.!.!.no excuses =)
Make the mornings YOUR TIME!.!.!.!.No phones, no interruptions! You also have a lot more energy in the morning and working out makes you feel better throughout the day!.

I get up an hour earlier and exercise, also exercise right after work before making dinner!. I'm a 40hr a weeker and make time, though I don't have kids so that might make a difference!.!.!. Back when I was in college and working I still made time by getting up early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
