How is the best why to lose weight?!


Question: How is the best why to lose weight!?
hay i have a VERY busy schudle and not a work out gym with in 100 miles any help!?
i just want to lose about 10 pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat less in the sense of eating smaller portions!. so instead of eating 3 big meals a day, eats more smaller meals a day!. also what we tend to do also is eat so fast that we think we're still hungry so we go get more food without giving what we just ate a chance to digest!. i saw this show, "i can make you thin" and the guy on there suggested that as we eat, put the knife and fork down and when you finish chewing and swallowing, pick up the knife and fork again to continue eating (does that makes sense!.!.!.) um eat healthy things, fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains things like that!. avoid too much candy and fried foods!. i think sugar is fine as long as its not excess!. that Splenda stuff isn't good for you!. if you want to sweeten something use brown sugar or honey!. it takes less brown sugar to get something sweet than white sugar!. drink water and if you can't make it to the gym do simple exercises like running up and down the stairs, walking/biking to places instead of driving there, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, jog, do housework like cleaning the bathroom, mopping, sweeping etc, or even blast some music and just dance while your cooking or something! sometimes there are exercise shows on tv that you can exercise to, or get a video!.

you ve got to stick to a plan!. watch out waht you eat and do exercises!. If you cannot do it by yourself I recommend you visiting this site as they give a free tips and ticks to loose weight!., :

Run, bike, swim, walk anything like that!
Eat healthier!. Eat whole-meal bread instead of white and skip the gravy, dressing etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
