Question: How do i get a 6 pack of abs actually a good cardio workout no gym tho cuz i only have a treadmill!?
im looking to get abs to post on my myspace cuz i have no pics of myspace and my face aint so good so i want a 6-pack pick i already have a 6 pack once i pull my skin down and im quite skinny and athleti i ran 7 kilometres today nonstopWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to start doing sit-ups!. lots of them!. And for your lower abs you want to do leg raises!. A trick i do for the leg raises is try to write the alphabet in the air when your lying down with your legs together and without touching the ground!. You get a wicked burn and the alphabet helps moving your legs around instead of only up and down!.

Pushups are also important as they focus on your stomach muscles as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stomach crunches
V sits
side ways sit ups

Do with with some weight!.!.!.!.put some books on your chest as you do it (or water bottles are good too, as you can fill them up with more water as your strength improves)!.
