2 years and no results, that means something is really really wrong!. Do you feel pain in the muscles after you workout!? ALso when u started working out, did you have a lot of fat!? If so then maybe that's why,!.!.!. But still 2 years with no results is just wrong!.

What you gotta do is make sure you are doing your workouts correctly!.

Give me more info about how you were when u started to workout, weight wise, height etc!.

Seriously man 2 years doesn't make senseWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're losing weight that's normal because you're burning calories!. If you want to bulk up that's not the approach!. You have to push yourself!. If you do 20 push ups for example you won't see an effect!. If you do 20 push ups and then rest for a minute and repeat then you will start getting results!.

It's all in pushing yourself!. The more your muscles are tense the better!. It's not about doing 10 because that won't give you a result!. Just burns calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have HIGH metabolism!. just like my sis!. she eats junk food all the time, and hasn't gain a pound in like 2 years!. you might not be able to help this!.!.!.!.but don't worry as you get older it wont be that way,!.!.!.!.!.!.

I've been working out now, Almost 4 weeks and I've seen great results!. In size & cut-ness!. I recommend you have a whey protein shake every day within 30 minutes after your workout!. Ive gained nearly 7 pounds in muscle, already!. I currently use GNC 100% Whey protein (Its effective, taste good, and cheaper than competitor brands) & BSN N!.O!. Xplode, That gives me the energy and extra pump in the gym!. I started an online vlog on youtube 3 weeks ago to keep progress of my results!.

I will be posting my new video of week 4, In 6 days!. I can tell you the workout I've been doing!. Ive trying both to get bigger and more ripped, and its working!. Good luck and stay motivated, Do not quit on your self!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm it depends i play college hockey and we have certain diets based on health etc!. you also might look into a personal trainer they help allot!. But basically if i didn't play college i think i wouldn't be in the shape i would like to be in!. But that's just some advice i have for you hope it works out!. O ya another question how long do you work out and are u working your upper or lower body!. if you work out on your upper body don't switch to lower body exercises because the blood will move back and forth!. Muscle is basically blood that is pumped and stays there so if you work out 5 times a week for at least one hour on your upper body you should see improvements!. but if you have any more questions just ask !. peaceWww@Answer-Health@Com
