No!. You would be better off eating actual foof than slimfast!. Breakfast try: yogurt with granola, or fruit with oatmeal!. Slimfast isn't really a bad breakfast, especially if you are like me and the thought of eating in the morning make you nauseous!. But its not a substitue for food!.
You aren't eating ANY vegetables or fruits in this diet!. You don't have to take the bun off the turkey burger, just put lettuce or tomato or pickles on it!. Then eat it with a side of vegetables or a salad!.
And for lunch try something like a salad, or a sandwhich on wheat bread!.
Caloric intake is useless if you aren't eating the RIGHT foods!. You can eat as much slimfast and low-calorie foods as you want, but unless you have actual REAL vegetables, and REAL fruit, you will be seriously lacking in vitamin and mineral content, fiber, and phytonutrients (which are ONLY found in fresh produce!. This is very unhealthy to lose weight or otherwise!. If you want to do slim fast for a short time then OK!. But you have to have a balanced meal during the day also!. One that includes all your basic food groups!. You also need a snack during the day!. If you are young which I believe you are you are probably active and burn many calories!. Do not stay on this regiment for over 2 weeks!. When you get off the slim fast eat well balanced meals just portion control and exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
They say its better to eat five small meals throughout the day!. Breakfast, snake, lunch, snake, and dinner!. Just make sure they are small and it does wonders!.
