my mum said i need to go on a diet and im like !. WHAT!!?!

i dont know how much i weigh, but i have a picture of myself!.!.!.

Well I can't really see you in the picture!.!.

If you mum believes that you need to lose weight, then take her advice!. First talk to your doctor about your weight!. Ask if they think if you need to go on a diet, and if so, how much weight you should be looking to lose!.

If you do need to lose weight, or you are beginning to feel like you do, eat less candy, cookies, chips, etc!. Eat healthy snacks such as apples with organic peanut butter, assorted berries, and whole wheat pretzels!. Remember that when eating unhealthy snacks to take a small hand full and put it in a bowl, then put the bag away and leave the room, that way you don't eat too much!.

Also, if you drink soda or diet soda or any sugary drinks, stop doing that!. Drink lots of water!. You will also need to exercise!. So join a dance group, go for a run with your friends, etc!. Dieting doesn't have to be hard and boring!. You can have fun with it!.

You look to be at a healthy weight!. More importantly, you look active in this photo!. Being active is more important than going on a diet!. Stay physically fit and you won't need to think twice about your weight!. If your mother said you need to eat healthier, that's understandable!. But going on a diet is probably an unwise decision!. Very hard to tell by that picture!.You look about maybe 14 years old and by that age your still growing so instead of going on those other diets just try to stay away from pop and fried foods!.I know your a kid but that doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want and at the same time it still means you can enjoy a burger or something else once and a while and get away with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't say your fat at all!. I think what you're mom means is you might have gained weight, and to prevent from being really fat (to the point where it's hard to go back to how you were) you need to diet!. Eat what you like, it's all about the portions!. Exercise 3-5 times a week!. Start with this and eat more fruits and vegetables!. You should be fine! Lay off the sweets, chips, and sodas for awhile, or limit them to once in awhile!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't over weight and it is always a good idea to keep fit by exercising a few times a week!. Don't think about diet unless you eat garbage!. just dont eat fast food, avoid soda, eat 3 square meals a day, excercize, eat early dinners, sleep well, and try fasting!. its very effective!. you're not fat, but you're not skinny or normal sized!. i say that you only have to lose like 10 pounds or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
