I don't think that will work!. It's too much too fast!. For 5 kg, you're looking more at two months than three weeks, and even that will be hard work!. You could perhaps lose 2!.5 kg the first week, but that will almost all be water weight!.

In general, eat healthy!. Not much fat and a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables!. Go for complex carbs, not for highly refined products (whole grain bread instead of poptarts)!. Don't drink alcohol!. Substitute water for most of your drinks; juice still has a lot of sugar!.

But most importantly, exercise!. The best way to lose weight is to exercise more, not to eat less!. If you eat less, your body will go into starvation mode and burn fewer calories!. Do some moderately intensive workout, like biking or a slow jog almost every day!. Keep your heart range below the anaerobic range!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The clincher for weight loss is exercise!. Bottom line is, if you burn more than you eat you will lose weight!. That said, you do need to watch what you eat, to lose weight effectively cut right back on carbs (breads, pasta, rice etc), and sugary food, load up on veggies and fruit, (lean meat is good too)!. For exercise, you just need to push your heartrate up for about twenty minutes each day - anything you engage in that does this will start burning blubber!. Twenty minutes is a guide, the more the better!. I suggest walking, if you can, for twenty minutes or more, each day!. If you can make it part of your routine you are more likely to stick with it! eg, make it your daily reward to get fresh air after homework etc!. You should find it helps control your appetite, too!. Make sure it is raising your heartrate, once your fitness increases you might need to turn it into a jog!. Don't beat yourself up about the 5kg, whatever you have on in three weeks will pass just like everything else - what you really want to aim for is a lifestyle that will keep you looking great at a healthy weight through the years!.
