Question: Is Swimming really good for slimming!?
I want to loose weight I am doing a really healthy diet, but I hate exercises!. I do walk a lot so I decided to start going on a swimming pool!. please give me some advices and tips!.

Swimming is actually a realllly good exercise for slimming down!.
Swimming and running!.
Swimming also makes u taller if u r still in ur teens!. it has something to do with the water nd stuff!. apart from tht!.
i think u r already doing all u need to get slim!. but don't hate exercising, onece u get used to it, it makes u feel very good!.
Running, bicycling, and swimming r like the top, and keep doing sit-ups b/c they help also!.

Swimming exercises loads of muscles in your body!. If you swim very often then it will definitely help you lose weight and tone up!. Your swim fitness will also increase quite quickly at first so you will find yourself being able to swim for longer and longer!. However, if your strokes aren't very good then you may find that you're putting too much effort in and getting too tired!. It would be a good idea to get swimming lessons or just watch good swimmers and copy them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
