i want to lose 10-15 pounds
i am a 13 y/o girl who is 5'6" and 120
any exercise, eating tips!?!? also, how to fix hunger without eating!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres/liters of it!.
One third of your food should be salad!. It fills the stomach and gives less calories of energy!.
Avoid potatoes, nuts, cream, ghee, sweets, fried food, and dairy products!.
Take regular exercise sufficiently, so as to burn more calories of energy, than its intake!.
Participate in games without taking glucose in between!.
Go for brisk walk, jogging or running!.
Avoid eating outs with friends!.
Eat slightly less than your requirement!. When you feel to have some more food, control the desire!.
Use skimmed milk instead of full cream milk!.
Use yoghurt instead of cream or curd!.

If you were to lose 15 pounds you would not be at a healthy weight!. At your age, the only safe diet is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lots of whole grains and NO junk food!. Eat fish instead of hamburgers!. Your body is still growing and for the sake of your bones and your future children you must provide your body with all of the nutrients it requires!.

As to fixing hunger, this is your body's signal that something is missing!. The only way to "fix" hunger in a healthy way is to give your body what it is missing, whether this is food or water!. Well judging by your height on weight, it doesnt sound like you need to loose any weight!. But excercise tips = Cardio is best for burning calories!. Weights are good for toning up and speeding up your metabolism

Eating tips = To fix hunger without eating, keep yourself busy by doing something else if you feel hungry!. Drink water etc!.

But a 13 year old girl needs to eat plenty to acheive maximum growth and all that stuff!. Wait utnil you're a bit older maybe just to give your body a chance to grow!. usually when teenagers grow and they have any fat anywhere, it disappears as they grow taller!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink a lot of green tea and smoothies and i always hav a lot of veg on my plate i tend to eat that first because it will fill me up before i start on the rest when i have a meal and i also chew my food properly and have a gulp of water after nearly every mouthful but dont eat like this because you want to lose weight do it because you want to be healthy a lot of high calorie foods can be good for you!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Be careful your weight is just fabulous like it is right now loosing more will be unhealthy and you will look sick!. to keep lean I cut out all bread, and soda pop even the ones that say low calories and I lost weight and fast ! but your fine the way you are try going to a gym and working out you will see you have no problem! be careful not to become anorexicWww@Answer-Health@Com

depends on what your diet is!. I dont workout, but i eliminated drinking coca cola and lost some weight!. eating fruits and vegetable will help you too!. Exercise will speed up the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay away from drugs, drink lots of water and make yourself eat fruits and vegetables also read about eveything yo are eating and avoid saturated fats!.!. and again STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS!Www@Answer-Health@Com

By avoiding junk foods and eating fat free foods you lose weight!. Apart from this if you walk at least 2 miles a day it will help you a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
