Question: I'd like to GAIN weight!. ANY ideas!? !?
I am5'8 and 112 -how can I get up to 120 w/o gaining more muscle!? I am pretty toned now and I have tried protein powder and it did not work!. I am 28 and my mother says to give it up because when she was my age she was 107 and an inch shorter!. I am determined though - I am getting married in a year and dont want these bones sticking out! Increase your weight in a healthy manner

To gain weight and be healthy you need to consume more calories than you burn them every day from healthy, protein enriched, and nutritious foods and choose the right types of exercise!.
Exercise a little like mild weightlifting so as to feel hungry, to eat more balanced food and to develop muscle!.
Take tuna, salmon, flax and walnuts!. They contain healthy fats like omega-3!.
Take meat, fish, poultry, nuts, and legumes!. They contain protein!.
Take fruits, vegetables and whole grains!. They contain carbohydrates

What a good problem to have!. I personally like skinny girls!. Obviously your fiancee does as well!. You should be happy with your body as long as you are living a healthy life style!. If you really want to gain fat instead of muscle I recommend a lot of complex carbs (think anything fried and/or topped with sugar) and cheese!. Donuts for breakfast, a fried monte cristo sandwich (delicious) for lunch, and a huge steak with french fries for dinner!. End that with a half gallon of ice cream before bed!. Enjoy!.

What's wrong with muscle!? That's your best bet to gain weight in a healthy way!.

Oh and to gain fat eat *starch* like bread and rice and French fries!. Protein isn't going to do very much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
