Question: How much exercise do i need to do to lose 5 kgs in 3 weeks!?
please help! need to lose weight ultra fast!!!

got my food plan sorted but no exercise plan how much exercise do i need to do everyday!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For exercise, u should do about 5 hours for a week!.
swimming is the best way to lose weight within 3 weeks

5 hours a day! You can't just loose 5 kgs!. in just 3 weeks with just less food and exercise (well maybe 5 to 6 hours will do) unless you starve yourself or take xenical or something like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
