Slimming world advice?!
Question: Slimming world advice!?
Im currently doing sliming world, but if anyone has done this diet can u suggest a way of sticking to the diet but cheaply, any recipes or anything u ave would be appreciated, the recipes they give u at slimming world or in the mag everything is so expensive!.!.!. Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

I found Slimming World very effective!. I just did Green - if you stick with that you should find it cheaper than if you have meat and fish!. Quorn mince is not too expensive and can be used in place of meat in bolognaise sauce, chilli con carne, lasagne, etc!.
You can make curries or pasta sauces using tins of beans (kidney, cannelini etc) or chickpeas!. Soups are good too as they can fill you up!. Try this one - fry an onion in FriLight, add a chopped garlic clove and a teaspoon of ground coriander!. Add 3 oz red lentils, a packet of passata (or tin of chopped tomatoes) and a pint of stock and simmer for 20 minutes or so until cooked!.
I also have lots of fat free yoghurt (the fat free Greek yoghurt is a good substitute for cream) and cottage cheese (particularly good on a baked potato)!.

I went to slimming world club and found that having to pay just to get told you've lost or gained, seemed a bit odd to me!. I found that I was singled out because I wasn't obese, I had two stone to lose,and they didn't really make me feel welcomed!. I complained but left!. I found that if you follow whats being said in their mag, would be enough to help you lose the weight, loads of cooking ideas!.

The best way is to do the carbs one day and the proteins the next!.
You don't need recipes!.
On the "green" day you stuff yourself with all sorts of vegs !.
You can put gravy on them!.
On" red" day you have all the chicken, bacon,eggs etc!.with green vegs!.
