Can i exercise still with pulled muscles?!
Question: Can i exercise still with pulled muscles!?
I didnt cool down yesterday though I did warm up so im guessing thats why ive pulled my thigh muscles!.!.!. it's not that bad or anything just slightly tight and hurts when i walk!.!.!. But I still want to work out today so do you think if I make sure to warm up and cool down properly and maybe not focus on my legs as much I can still exercise!? or will it just make my legs worse!? thankssWww@Answer-Health@Com

no you shouldnt!. if your muscle is pulled, you risk making your injury worse!. if its just "muscle ache" you still shouldnt - your muscle fibers are still repairing from your last workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes I agree with you, it's fine if you only have "muscle ache" but steer clear of legs for a day or two, as it's difficult for us to tell on here whether you have actually pulled the muscle or not!.
Either way, focus on some upper body excercises today and you should be fine!.
I am a bodybuilder and concentrate on a muscle group per day, this way I am not overdoing the same area and it allows time for recovery and growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pulled muscles or worked muscles!. People are often confused about this and they're different!.
It sounds like you've worked them and like you said, not cooled down!. Start with light stretches and then ballistic stretches(bouncing on the stretch) and then see how it feels!.
If it's fine, go into a pulse racer(start slow and build up) on a bike!. If it's OK after that go into exercise light!. This seems allot but it takes 8-12 Min's max!.

you can but!.!. YOU SHOULDN'T if you hurt that pulled muscle while u are working out u could criple your self!.
