Work on the abs, do situps every day and increase them by one each day, make it a habbit!. You will have abs in some time!. But it really depends on the body structure, like if you have your skin a bit thicker on the stomach like most girls do, you'll have the abs muscles really in sixpack and one can feel it but they can't see it because of your skin!. Depending on your current condition, I would suggest that abdominal exercise are probably not what you need at the moment!. Generally if your body fat is low enough, your muscles will be showing!.
So what you need to do is get the fat off!. High intensity cardio sessions for about 30 minutes 3-4 times per week and high intensity strength training 2-3 times per week will work!!
No, sorry I have not got some super secret method, just plain hard work!. This really works though!. Ask anyone who has good muscle definition and they will tell you!. They work at it!.
Working out also has heaps of other great health benefits that you probably don't really care that much about!. But you definitely will drop the body fat by working out with intensity!.
