Answers:
instead of fruit I'd add more dark green veggies to make you feel fuller the veggies are fiber rich and fill you up The fruits are good too, but are sugary and may not have the same sensation later on holding hunger off!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would skip the crackers (you're already getting whole grain with the wrap), and add more asparagus plus a salad with romaine, tomato, cucumber and a little olive oil-vinaigrette dressing - filling, but almost no calories!. (You could include the salad inside the wrap with the tuna if you wanted to!.)

As for the fruit, eat both - if you feel your calorie count is over your limit, balance it with a half-hour walk!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Six years ago I lost 30 pounds!. At first I obsessed over trivial questions such as these!.!.!.(no offense) and I counted out things like carrots!. Until one day my husband very sweetly said, "The carrots aren't what got you there sweetie!.!.!.!." At first I was taken aback and offended, but then, once the message set in, I realized I didn't need to do this to myself!. I stayed away from the foods that got me 30 pounds overweight and eventually (about 6 months) I lost it all and have kept it off!. Just my two cents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat both fruits!.!.!. Eating below 1,300 calories makes your body go into starvation mode!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
