Have you tried single leg lunges and step ups!. Both those exercises are excellent for toning inner thighs!. Also try skipping or jogging for 10 mins before to get your heart really pumping and into the fat burning zone and then do the 2 exercise 3/4 times a week for fast results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
