Question: How to quickly shed weight!?
I am 16 and i want to lose weight as soon as possible!. I am right now going to school and only get an hour or a half a day to spare for exercise!.My wt!. is 80 Kg!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The order of preference of food is (1) steamed, (2) boiled, (3) baked, (4) roasted, (5) grilled, and (6) fried!.

Well eat right to start out with!. Then you should run for an hour, to start out you should prob start lower than that but work up to it!. But throw in some sit ups, push ups, lunges, squats and anything else you want for the other 30 min, but utilize your time and burn as much calories as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
