What are some good lower ab toning exercises that will hlp me?!


Question: What are some good lower ab toning exercises that will hlp me!?
I know this question has been asked a million times but i cant seem to find any answers that apply to my problem exactly!. I am 118 pounds and 5'4 i dont need or want to lose weight because im already small and everyone says that when i lose weight i look sick, but I also have a small pooch on my lower stomach and i know you cant spot reduce an area!. I want to know if there are any exercises i can do for my lower abs that will make them look very toned (if nessasary im willing to lose weight but no more than like 5-7 pounds)!.I eat very healthy and drink only water, and i exercise every morning before i eat!.i do 30 minutes of cardio some light weight lifting side bends,twists, crunchs,leg lifts, and jumping jacks every morning!. Its been two weeks since i started with this exercise routine (ive always exercised but now im trying this workout instead) I dont know what more i can do and i dont care about instant results i just want to be really toned and in really good shape my this next summer (09)!. o and i would also like to know some exercises for the abercrombie V and the line in the middle of the stomach like on the upper part(its flat so it shouldnt be that hard right) if possible!. You are the correct weight for your height so you are right when you say that you do not want to loose any more weight!. One lower ab exercise you can do at any time of the day is that when you are sitting, sit upright with your back straight and contract your lower abs!. Being that you already work out you should recognize the feeling!. Hold the contraction for about 20 to 30 seconds, release and repeat for as many reps as you feel up to!. In a seated position you can target the contraction in your lower abs!. I would do this when I commute to work or when I am sitting reading!. I noticed a difference in my abs!. I have also found that jumping rope is an ideal cardio workout as long as you can put up with the time it takes to do it well!. Jumping rope will tighten up your butt and lean down your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight can be hard , but it is such a worthy accomplishment
