Question: I CAN NOT STOP EATING!!!! help!.!.!.!.!.!?
i am 21years old and slim, when i dont scoff my face i have a nice figure!.!.!.!.!.however when i scoff my face, i dont get fat, but i tend to bloat, like my thighs arms stomach feel and look bigger!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
i eat my breakfast, lunch and tea!.!.!.!. however on average (aswell as my main meals) ill have about 5 take outs a week GREGGS, MCDONALLDS,BURGER KING, EATING AT RESTURANTS, RETRO SWEETS, CHOCOLATE BARS!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
I crave these foods ALL the time :S yet they make me feel sluggish fat slow and ugly
how can i stop the cravings!?!?!? are there any appretite depressers!?!?!? i know water is one!.!.!.!.i will try to drink more water !.!.!.!.anything else!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apparently the ingredients in those pink patches help suppress your appetite!.
Maybe try limiting your take outs to 4 times a wk then 3 times etc!.!.!. I have given up chocolate and things like that in the past I reduced slowly but still craved for a while, then when I had not eaten it for a month I stopped craving it all together, I now only eat 2 bars of chocolate once a month when needed most, will power might be the best thing!.

try exercising more and that will more or less make you eat less!. Don't go out all the time eather!. Invite people over for a party but only serve healthy foods and mabey a healthy dessert, etc!.!.!. If you must go out go out to non fast food places!. Yeah try drinking a glass of water about 10 min!. before you eat!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
haha that is kinda hard because those kind of stores are EVERYWHERE and i mean everywhere!. anyways just try cooking at home so you know what you are eating instead of fat greasy foods!. or just eat those kind of foods less!. like about 3 or 2 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
