I am in the nutrition business and 3 meals is not even enough per day!.
So, you are actually not getting enough calories every day!.

You need to eat 5 small meals every day!. Breakfast, mid morning snack, then lunch, mid afternoon snack then dinner!. Cut the carbs out before 5pm, for breakfast eat your high protein & carbs in the morning!.
Chicken has 34g protein in it per peice, boiled eggs are good, oatmeal, whole wheat waffles, grilled chicken salad is good, all veggies are good, if they are green veggies thats even better, asparagus/broccoli are diaretics, dark fruits are great, those are the best for antioxidants!. Eating like this will keep your metabolism going and you will always keep your system going,
If you don't eat enough your body will store fat this way, you will also cause your body to feed off your muscles because you won't have any food in your system so you won't b burning fat, so it will take away from your muscles!.
People think that working out will just do the trick and not eat good, but honestly its not the work out, that gets you toned, but it's all in
your food, that is what helps build your muscles, it's all in the food!!
I eat 5 times a day and i am a female, I lost 4 sizes and 25 pounds, I am now a size 4 and in the gym 6 days a week!.!.!.It has pretty much changed me and it keeps me stress free!.!.!.
Good luck!!!!!

You HAVE to eat more than one meal a day!. If you only eat once a day, bad things are going to happen to your body!. Stay healthy, and eat more meals a day!. They say having 5-6 smaller meals a day is the healthiest thing, rather than 3 (or 1!.!.!.) big meals in a day!. You are not being greedy at all!. You are providing your body with what it needs to stay alive and healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need to eat!. if u don't ur body will freak out!. it will hold on to any fat u have, and slow ur metabolism way down!. its acually much healthier to eat 7 small meals in a day then it is to eat 3!. ur not eating enough now ur body needs food to function properly!. and if ur hungry, eat, it's only healthy to!. even if u've had all ur meals, there is nothing wrong with snacksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Of course not!. That's the average amount of meals you should eat!. It might even be healthier to eat breakfast, eat some fruits as a snack in between breakfast and lunch, then eat lunch, eat another snack in between lunch and dinner!. Then eat dinner!.

(Avoid eating midnight snacks, so bad for you :p) Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are eating WAY TOO LITTLE! It is actually proven that people are more lean when they eat 4-5 smaller meals each day!. Such as 200-400 calorie meals for each one!. That should be at the most 1500 calories, WHICH IS VERY HEALTHY! Trust meWww@Answer-Health@Com
