Oh good question!
ok most ppl are over eating starchy carbs (breads, cereals, wheat etc) these provide u good energy if your doing cardio, but otherwise u dont need them

Okay the things u need more of for more energy; good fats (omega 3, 6 and 9) best source is macedamia nut oil!
protein, protein will boost your energy levels like theres no tomorrow!. eating in smaller portions helps this heaps!.!. I can personally testify to that!. I always had energy problems, but once i got my diet right i had heaps of energy!.
Fibrous carbs found: in vegetables (not potatoes!.) These provide more controlled energy than starchy carbs!
Have more of those 3 things and you will have more energy!. Its science at work!

That depends on your lifestyle!.!.!.smoking, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and lack of exercise are the most common factors when it comes to energy levels!. If you're a smoker you obviously should quit smoking!. Make sure to get 8 hours of sleep each night, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and remember to eat energy rich foods such as pasta!.
