Question: Does anyone have a successful weight loss story!?
especially from doing low carbs!? i just started cutting out carbs earlier this month and could use some inspriation!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I weighed 230 lbs when I gave birth to my son!. I figured that since I was pregnant, I could eat whatever I wanted!. After I gave birth I realized that the 100 lbs I had gained weren't going to go away in the hospital!. I went on a diet that was made up, mainly, of protein and fiber!. I ate two boiled eggs and high fiber, whole wheat toast for breakfast!. For lunch I opted for raw veggies or a salad with oil and vinegar and boiled egg or tuna salad!. For dinner I made whole wheat pasta with turkey meatballs or soy protein!. I cut out red meat completely for eight months!. I did not eat any canned food!. Only fresh!. That included veggies!. I lost the weight and kept it off, even after my diet got more lax!. Now that I am six months pregnant again, I still watch my diet and have gained only 5 lbs!. and I am healthy, have normal blood pressure and energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey,
although i had gastric by-pass and lost 197 pounds, i still needed to and wanted to lose more weight!. i went on the south beach diet,
( it was very diversified and satisfying and started walking at least 10 km!. a day!. in 7 weeks i lost 48 pounds and lost 9 inches from my waist!. i am a guy so tend to lose weight faster and easier, but, found losing weight this way just as easy as the bypass!.

I was 150 kilos and i was morbidly obese but everyday i would walk up my street and back becos thats all i could manage and then i started walking around the block, after that i could go fast paced around the block (took a month for each step in this process) and now i jog around the block and I have so far lost 30 kilos :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 30 pounds last summer, though I didn't cut carbs, I simply exercised a bit and ate super healthy!. Once you hit 17 or 18 you'll notice you start to slim out really naturally!. I gained a lot of weight after having my kids!. I knew I had to do something, I tried a lot of things!. What worked for me was drinking lots of water, and eating 5 small meals a day!. This helps to boost your metabolism and that helps you lose weight!. I also walk as often as I can, So far I have went from a size 11 to a size 6!. I feel great!. Not for everyone- but I became a vegetarian and I shed the pounds and have kept them off for 15 years!. I do NOT count calories but I DO count the fat grams!. I eat very, very little fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
