What you are doing is a great way to lose weight, however it will not be a quick process!. Losing weight, the CORRECT way take time, but pays off in the end!. The weight watchers is good to follow, however, if you just use your brain, and think before you eat, you will be fine!. When you say weight training are you lifting heavy weights, 8 to 10 reps, sauntering from one station to the next or lower weight, timed reps, moving from one station to the next without a break!? To build muscle I would use the first one, heavy weight, at 8 to 10 reps, but to lose weight try setting a time, starting about 15 seconds, lower your rep 5 to 10 pounds and bust it out as much as you can!. You should have a set routine you will follow, so that you don't waste any time moving from one station to the next!. You should have about 6 to 10 stations set up!. After you get past all of them once, take a short break, 20 to 30 seconds, increase the time from 15 to 20 seconds, and go back at it, the third and final time you go around increase it to 30 seconds!.!.!. As time increases you may need to decrease your weight!. After these stations go ahead and do your ab workout, its already broken down from lifting, so you might as well finish it off and get a good workout in!. 3 to 4 weeks is not long enough time to lose weight, give yourself a few months!. Be patient, set goals, and reward yourself!. I have a few other tips/tricks so if you need any other help let me know
Good luck!

Although you may be getting heavier because you are building muscle(it ways more than fat), it's really a good thing!. As long as visually you are happy with the results that's the end of the weight debate!.

However, gaining muscle mass actually will prevent you from gaining weight in the future!.Your body burns more calories trying to upkeep the muscles you have!.

Weight training also provides a boost to your metabolism that allows you to burn more calories throughout the day (of the workout) as opposed to just burning more calories in an hour on a cardio machine!.

Also, weight watchers is an iffy system!. You are really going to have to count your calories and protein intake!. Just remember, you need to limit the amount of calories in!. So basically what your body burns has to be greater than the amount of calories taken in!. That is the key to weight loss!. Weight loss in itself is a slow process!. It's normal only to lose 1 pound a weekmWww@Answer-Health@Com

Considering how much exercise you are getting, you are probably not consuming enough calories!. Our bodies go into a starvation mode when we don't supply them with enough energy to perform the tasks we require of them!. Because of this they hold onto to EVERYTHING!. This means its holding onto to fat that you are trying to lose!. I'm not sure what the weight watchers equivilant is but I would try to consume around 2000-2200 calories a day!. Keeping your body off a schedule also helps!. So maybe one day eat 22 points and the next 17!. Just keep it constantly changing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be looking at measurements rather than weight if you are now exercising!.
A toned, healthy muscle is a lot more dense (and heavy) than an un-toned muscle!.
You may well have dropped 8 pounds of fat but put 4 pounds of muscle tissue on!. That does not mean your muscles will fill out and make you look fatter!. A toned muscle will sit better on the body and make you look slimmer so if it is the muscles becoming more dense through exercising this is not offsettng your fat loss in a bad way as you may think!. one pound a week is a healthy amount of weight to lose!.

Your dissatisfaction with this weight loss indicates to me that you are hoping for weight loss miracles!. I would advise that you drop these delusions because you will only lose motivation when you realize that you aren't going to be losing 20 pounds in one week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well diets don't really work because they cut down your calories and your metabolism will just lower itself to burning less calories!.
For working out try changing what you do keep your body guessing!. Your body adapts to consistent work outs thus making the results diminished!.
Also exercising in the morning does give better results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you been checked for hypothyroidism!? Most people who have this have and EXTREMELY low metabolism!. It's hard for them to lose weight despite a bootcamp-like diet and training regimen!. Talk to your doctor or nutritionist about your weight loss difficulties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One pound a week is healthy!. As the other answerer said, you could be gaining muscle (which weighs more than fat)!. Are your clothes looser!? I'd bet you have lost inches (a better sign of muscle toning than weight)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
