Question: Is it true if you walk or run you don't lose weight you gain muscle!?

it depends!. If you have a lot of body fat you will loose weight!. If you do not have enough body fat to loose you will gain weight because you gain muscle!. Either way you are burning calories!. If you burn more calories than you take in you lose weight, and the same is true the other way around!. If you burn less calories than you take in you gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gaining muscle is important for becoming fit, at least toning them up!.

If you want to lose fat you need to develope at least a little muscle because the muscles are what burn the fat, they are the body's furnace!.
Don't worry about the number on the scale, don't even weigh yourself!. Just get toned up, eat right and you will notice a change in how your body looks!.
If you are really obese then you will do both, lose weight as the fat comes off, and gain some muscle mass!.
