Today I had about 800 Calories
I am 4 feet 11 inches, and I weigh 103 pounds!.!.
I'm about to go walk for an hour witch burns about 200 calories!.!.
I'm wondering how many Ounces I have lossed today if Any!?

Don't preach to me about weight loss, this is a scientific question if anything!.!.

Jesus, girl! lol You sound like me!. I'm 5 ft!. 7 and weigh 105 if I'm lucky!. I take in about as many calories as you if that much!. I don't know about losing ounces!. I do know eating right is what matters!. I'm not one to preach on eating right as I don't myself!. Just be careful and don't make yourself sick!. Getting weak is a first sign you've gone too far!. Take care!. If you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode because it thinks you're starving and retains the weight you have!. Harder to lose that way!. A sensible diet is the only way to go!. Burning calories is your best bet!. Any exercise that raises your heart rate and is maintained for at least 20 minutes at a time burns calories!.
