Special K challenge vs. Grape nuts ..... which one?!
Question: Special K challenge vs!. Grape nuts !.!.!.!.!. which one!?
If you tried either of these, I'm just curios if it was a good way to "kick start" a healthy life style change (i!.e!. DIET)!.

I searched for the "grape nut" diet, but couldn't find anything!.!.!. So I'll answer on behalf of the SK diet!.
I did the Special K diet 2 years ago and ended up losing 15 lbs!. If you stick with it, it's pretty much fool-proof taking in the fact that most people eat more calories for breakfast and lunch compared to only eating 2 bowls of cereal and fruit- of course you'll lose weight!. You could probably get the same effect by cutting all of your portions in half, really!.
Since I had never been on a diet, it was an easy way to get the ball rolling!.!.!. after I got over the initial "hunger" feeling!. :)
It also taught me a little about portion control and I got full easier afterwards!.
If you decide to do it, make sure you include veggies for dinner and if you get sick of Special K, you can always sub it for other comparable (nutrition-wise) cereals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
