Question: Is this musle or fat!?

I weigh 114 maybe 115 and im 5'2"!. Im 13 about to be 14!. Like I have a 4 pack and it kind off looks like i have man boobs but like the ones with muscle not fat and my neck musles kind of pop out!. What im asking is like my friend is like the same height and he dosnt have a 4 pack but hes like my size but he weighs 105 and i weigh 10 pounds more!.
