Is this a bad/good size?!

Question: Is this a bad/good size!?

I'm currently 5 foot 7, and 140 pounds!. Most of my weight is in my hips/thighs, average breasts, etc!. I don't have a lot of stomach fat at all; just that tiny bit you keep until a bit after ending puberty!. My BMI is 21!.9 (Normal weight = 18!.5-24!.9) but would you consider this unattractive proportion-wise!?
