Ways to Get Healthy???!


Question: Ways to Get Healthy!?!?!?
I know there's no magic trick!. Basically, exercise and eat right!.

Dieting sometimes works!.!.!. Never those like depriving yourself of stuff diets, but sometimes people find ways to cut certain things out or slim down!?

I have been working on losing weight and getting in better shape for about 4 months now!. I cut my calories by 500 daily and I have been working out a minimum of 5 days a week!. Usually two days of weight training and then three days of moderate cardio for 45-60 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise
Drink Plenty of Water to stay hydrated
Stay away from simple sugars like High Fructose Corn Syrup
Eat enough, not too much
