Question: Could I reach my goal by then!? Is it reasonable!?
Right now, I'm like 5'9 and 135 pounds!.
Its September 21st!. By October 30th, I would like to be 129!.
I want to be super super toned and slightly muscular!.
I'm planning on eating 1200 calories a day, 30 minutes of exercise a night, not eating past 8pm, and I have soccer practice every day from 3-5 plus games!.
Is this reasonable and can be done!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can! 2 pounds per week is possible, anything more than that an you would lose lean body muscle instead of just fat!. I'm not a believer in calorie counting but you have the right idea of eating protein meals, eggs, chicken, tuna - no fried foods, etc!. Eat healthy carbs - brown rice, whole wheat pasta, etc!. but go light on the carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was listening to a fitness trainer on the radio and he said they BEST time to burn fat is when you first wake up in the morning before you eat because your body is ready to burn calories!. if you wait till the evening after you have eaten he said it takes 30 mins for your body to start burning fat where as if you do it in the morning before you eat you will burn fat right away!!

lol yea for sure you have like 4 weeks in your way to lose 6 pounds and i could lose that in a week hehe but yea just stick to your diet but every now and then treat your self to something special and just keep working up its easier then it sounds

mmm depends on age, but I probaly wouldn't go as low as 1200 calories/day thats bordering on unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
