Have I eaten too much today?!


Question: Have I eaten too much today!?
I've had:

6:45- A really big bowl of sultana bran with no fat soy milk!.

3:30- Some random berry 75 calorie fruit bar
A small apple
A handful of sultanas
1 little biscuit that had sultanas in it

6:00- A small steak about the size of my palm and salad and half a carrot and an egg!.


I just realised I eat alot of sultanas!.

Is this too much food to take in, I haven't been able to do like any exercise today because I have hurt my coxxcy bone which is annoying because usually i will go for at least a jog in the night!.

I'm on a diet, is this a bad day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO that seems fine, plus the majority of the food you are eating is quite healthy!.

The only thing you probably should do is eat lunch maybe instead of snacking in the afternoonWww@Answer-Health@Com

no you are not eating enough, you really need to eat 3 balance meals a day for any diet to work, and eat attest 1500 calories a day especially when you exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!.!.!. so basically, your question is that= Is your diet going bad!? ANSWER=Not really!. Basically what your doing is giving *your job*=a break!. If you really want to keep up with your diet you'll treat your body good like it should be treated, which in this case is breaks, say 1time-week, this gives your digestive system and more a better liking, as if you were to just not eat anything/less of what you usually ate before, out of nowhere!. Your body needs some what of a break, in any matter!. So again ANSWER=NOT REALLY Keep it up! -Im young, but i guess it comes good when you have a mother that works out and starts diets out of no where, because she wants and knows she has to, for her to feel better about herself, just knowing she can accomplish what she sets her mind on!. :) so ya keep it up and just try as hard as you can to keep going, its hard at times, but hey!.!.!.theres nothing wrong with trying and or knowing you tried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not even close to eating enough, use a BMR calculator and figure out how many carlories you need, if youre on a diet to lose weight, subract 500 from that number and consume that amount of calories a day spread throughout 5 or 6 small meals, yea starving yourself will help you lose weight, itll make you lose muscle and gain health problems!. Not to sound like a dick, im trying to help, but you really need to understand how a diet works, learn about carbs, fats and protein, and learn what a PFC (Protein/Fat/Carbs) ratio is, check out some articles on the sites muscleandstrength!.com and bodybuilding!.com to learn moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
