Weight loss problems at 5'6?!


Question: Weight loss problems at 5'6!?
I'm 5'6 and 140 pounds last winter i went from 155 to about 130 and was thrilled!. I have slowly started to gain the weight back and i can't figure out why!. I eat between 1200 and 1600 calories a day usually once a week a have a day closer to 1800 or 2000 calories!. I know this is not great but I dont understand why i am gaining!. I also exercise on an elliptical several times a week for 20 min to a half hour!. use weights a few days a week and i go to college so i am usually walking around campus a lot!. I would appreciate any advice on some new exercises or foods or eating plans to try!. i am trying to get back down to about 130 with 125 being my goal weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A person can be underweight due to inadequate intake of calories or some underlying illness!. Remember the following points to increase your weight -
? Have small frequent energy dense meals in the whole day!. Take at least 5-6 meals in a day!.
